Joree Rose, MA, LMFT, is a licensed marriage and family therapist, mindfulness and meditation teacher, author, podcaster, and she also leads mindfulness and relationship retreats. Joree has helped thousands of people to live happier and more fulfilling lives through living with greater awareness and compassion, allowing them to decrease their stress, anxiety and shed unhealthy habits, patterns and mindsets. She works with adults in supporting them to rewrite outdated narratives that are keeping them stuck, heal old wounds or traumas that are interfering with relationships or life satisfaction, and how to cultivate the tools for healthy and authentic relationships. 

With her partner in both life and love, Dr. John Schinnerer, they’ve developed the unique couple’s coaching framework Love Isn’t Enough, where they work with couples to heal the wounds of their past and guide them in developing the relationship tools that no one teaches us. Their model consists of John working individually with the man, while Joree works individually with the woman, then we all come together for the couple’s work; this allows for the necessary individual work to be done simultaneously as the couple’s work, which has resulted in great success for their clients. Joree and John also lead a year-long relationship Master Class series, guiding couples in gaining insight and tools the 12 core areas that prevent connection, as well as host the new relationship podcast Love Isn’t Enough.
