Rachel Jaffe, LMFT

Rachel holds a Masters degree in Integral Counseling Psychology from The California Institute of Integral Studies, San Francisco. She brings two decades of experience offering support, advocacy, intervention, and therapy to children, adolescents, individuals and families. Rachel works within a social justice lens and with a wide range of issues including depression, anxiety, grief and bereavement, relationship challenges including divorce and separation, and life transitions. She has particular interest and training in working with trauma to which she incorporates somatic and mindfulness-based approaches. Rachel’s approach is client-centered and collaborative. She believes in the innate wisdom of every individual, and utilizes an integrative and eclectic approach to promote self-awareness, healing, wholeness, connectedness and growth within each of her clients.
